Trademarks such as “PRGC” and other marks related to the Paradise Rod & Gun Club that are indicated on our site refer exclusively to the Paradise Rod & Gun Club of Paradise, California, a privately owned gun club. The use of any trademarks and trade dress is prohibited if used in connection with the sale of any product that is not PRGC's, in any manner that seeks to disparages or discredit PRGC, or in any manner that may cause confusion among those who deal with us.

Said content includes text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, digital downloads, and software. Our content is protected by United States and international copyright laws and we reserve all rights contained therein. In case of dispute or infringement, we will rigorously defend our rights to this material.
Material supplied from outside the club, such as photographs, are accredited in place and remain the property of their creators.
License and Site Access
PRGC grants you (the user) a limited license to access and make personal use of this website. This license does not include the right to download any material (other than routine page caching), modify any material, or any portion thereof, without the express written consent of PRGC. Cancellations and Refunds on Range Fees and Special Event Fees Purchased Through the Website
Please review this Cancellation/Refund policy. We believe it's fair to you, to other non-members, and to PRGC and its membership.
PRGC does not make cash refunds.
If you, a member, have purchased a range fee package and then arrived at the range to find it closed, retain your receipt to use another day. PRGC will make every effort to inform all members as to any changes in the availability of the various ranges at our range facility. Such information is sent out through the PRGC Newslist. It is your responsibility to register to receive such alerts.
If you purchased tickets for a PRGC special event, such as the annual PRGC Thanksgiving Dinner, and then arrived at the specified location to find the the event delayed or cancelled, retain your purchase receipt for later refund. The applicability of the purchase to a rescheduled or different event will be disclosed to you via the email address you used when you registered. There are no refunds for events to which you reserved a seat and then did not attend without notifying the people responsible for the event. If you notified the responsible parties by voicemail or email ahead of start time that you would not be attending after all, retain your purchase receipt for a refund to be handled after the event closes. In such cases, please take responsibility for contacting the responsible parties again after the event date, as they will be busy while the event is going on.
Applicable law
